Estimates, materials, scheduling and what to expect while the work is being done.
Payment schedules depend on the size and scope of the project. The payment terms are included in your estimate or agreement before work begins, so you know what to expect.
The quote will explain what is included. On many projects we supply the necessary materials. For certain finishes, fixtures or products, you may choose to purchase them yourself. We agree on that before work begins.
We protect nearby surfaces where needed, keep the work area as contained and organized as practical, and clean up normal job-related debris when the work is finished. If a project requires a dumpster, container or special disposal, we discuss that before work begins.

Our normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Project schedules can vary depending on the type of work, location and scope of the job.
